Hello!
I installed the XOOPS version 2.0.6. The page is blank and received the following message:

ERROR 1064 at line 71: You have an error in your SQL syntax. Check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ', 0, ''), (2, 1, 0, 4, 0, 'http://educapaz.org.br/x

Please, help me

Did u try this link

Did u check in order to see if any file was corrupted during the transfer process.
What?s the version of XOOPS are u running?
And please, turn on the php debug on system admin.
