Problem With the Left Block

Hello guys...

I'm with a big trouble: the left block is disaranged with the center of the page.

(It had to be at the extreme left part of the screen)

Is there some way to arrange it better?

It is not in all the sections that have this problem, but there are many, like: "livro de visitas", "enquete", Notificações" and many like those....

you have a lot of code that is not necessary. it is confusing.
