I have huge problem with privilegies

My registered users can not access news, xfsection, links but anonymus can.

In Groups admin i did set right privilegies. I checked the checkboxes in front of all module names in Modul access privs. and it still does not work.

Am i doing something wrong

On my localhost i can not access as a registered user to any of the blocks and on web host i can some and some not.


Down in Groups admin all my users are in registered users group.

As a webmaster and moderator i can access all the modules.
