Can't Edit Templates.. just updated to 2.7.1

I'm not sure if this just started with the update but I can't edit templates. When I go System Admin - Blocks - then click EDIT on any of them - and EDIT TEMPLATE I get a Edit template file table with a [view] button. Clicking the view button does nothing in mozilla and in IE it just forwards to a blank page... This must be a bug or me doing something wrong since there is no physical way to save changes..??
