Fresh reinstall issue

rebuilt my server, it seems php5/apache/mysql (all latest versions) is working. I get to the first page to install XOOPS to select a language. When I click next it reloads the same page..?

Any input appreciated.

nevermind.. it becasue im using php5 isnt it? .. back to 4 it is then...
