Showing Sub-Topic News Under Topics

Let's say I have a Topic called Games, and under that 2 subtopics called Board Games and Video Games. When someone views News for Games, I want to see the stories under Games AND Board Games AND Video Games.

Can someone help me out? Thanks in advance for any advice!
