I am new on using xoop. I got it worked for several months.
One day, It suddenly give me a problem --- Module File for Not Found!
I try to debug it and I cannot get any clue. I am sure all module are there. maybe the database problem?

Question is:

What are the reasons cause (all modules are coordinate with database)
"Module File for Not Found!"

this error message happens on the left navigate side bar.
