Hi all,

I have noticed a strange misbehaviour of the forum administration tool.

Steps to recreate:

- clean install XOOPS 2.0.7
- install forum module
- add a category
- add a forum to that category
- add a 2nd category
- try to add a 2nd forum
=> instead the change forum page is displayed, but strangely distorted

Impossible to add any more forums until all other categories but the 1st one are deleted.

Environment: Customized Apache2Triad 1.2.2 on XP
