I have "blocks" that I would like people to be able to see even if they are not registered or logged in. How do I do this.

Also is there any way of changing that little square when you login or change something. Here is a picture:

Can I change this? I mean its beautiful but....

1)Go to Administration Menu > System > Groups > click on Modify next to Anonymous Users and tick all the blocks you want them to see.

2) This page can be customised, you need to edit the template. I think it's system_redirect.html. But you'll have to clone the default template set first.
