I have just visited this template generator for mamboserver:
http://mos-tg.thehorsehost.com/
It is great, generates the full template.

Could it be possible to bring this to xoops?

Possible? Yes - as long as it is colouring and fonts, it is "just" a matter of producing the CSS file.

I wouldn't know where to begin, but perhaps someone else can?

The interesting part is that not only does the coloring, (http://color.twysted.net/) but also the page layout. You end up with a full template, just have to add your images.
This is very good for people that doesn't knows about css or htm, but wants to give their site some personal look.
Hope someone likes it.
