To get the right modules I am looking for to be integrated in XOOPS? I have tried 3 modules that I really want for my site, all three are really not up to par. I really would like

1. GREAT Job board, resume post, job search, employer paid job posting....etc. etc...
2. GREAT dating module, The friendfinder module had potential, but the thing just doesnt work correctly....
3. A fully integrated squirrell mail module that is integrated at sign-up
4.Paying option that is FULLY integrated to my site at sign-up....so when a user pays, they are able to access all the services and content to my site...

Oops thats 4....

How much and who do I have to court to get these modules???
