User Error...I need help

I have a new user who is getting multiple errors when he's trying to do anything on my site.

He's not able to make posts, change his user info..nothing.

When he tries a page comes up that just says "Errors"..I've looked at my database and settings and everything seems to be ok.

What could be the problem?

I beleive I've found the problem

He's using Norton Firewall..and it's blocking the headers
