Hi everyone!

Some time ago Kubaz hacked the xoopspoll module so that the poll results (instead of the poll questions) would show if anyone had already voted on a poll.

I added a new block to his hack. The block allows you to directly show the poll results. This means you can show the results of your polls at your start page from now on

Starting from Kubaz' hack, I changed these files:

xoops_version.php:
- made new entries under "blocks"

blocks/xoopspoll.php:
- made new b_xoopspoll_results() function
- sprintf hack for better display percentages

language/english/modinfo.php:
- new entry for results block name
