Best way to clean cache during theme development

I'm sure it's been posted, but I haven't found anything concise on how to ease theme development by forcing PHP to clear it's cache.

Any help is much appreciated!

Administration > System Admin > Preferences > General Settings

You have to set Update module template .html files from themes/your theme/templates directory? to yes.

Doh! Damn, that's easy. I knew it would be simple since nobody else appeared to be asking, but I kept focusing on the caching options at the bottom.
