I had a problem logging in on my site
(user.php page) after I restored a backup of all directories, files & database.
(Had too after too much hacking...lol)
Everything shows on page, except the login block. After some digging I found the solution on a post regarding a different problem :
Installation Complete, after that only blank pageftp> cd public_html
250 CWD command successful.
ftp> chmod 777 uploads/
200 SITE CHMOD command successful
ftp> chmod 777 cache/
200 SITE CHMOD command successful
ftp> chmod 777 templates_c/
200 SITE CHMOD command successful
ftp> chmod 666 mainfile.php
200 SITE CHMOD command successfulthanks Plumber
I just changed the permissions as described here via ftp and viola ! It worked !
