I have needed to reinstall XOOPS as i lost a hard disk. The MySQL database was intact so I just reinstalled Xoops.

When I went through the install all went fine until the very last screen where I got a 'red bar' on the very last line saying that my tables were already populated.

Now I don't have a site at all.

Where should I do to fix this?

If you already have an intact database, there's no need to run the install script. All you need to do is extract the files from the XOOPS distribution .zip or .tar.gz to the appropriate directory, copy mainfile.dist.php over mainfile.php, and then edit mainfile.php to put in the correct XOOPS path and URL, and MySQL access info.
