Fortunately I backed up my site using Backup 2.20 because some fool blitzed it.
Question is; What is the process to restore from this backup when you have absolutely nothing left of your site, zero, nil, nuthin' . No MySQL or anything.

PLEASE HELP THIS FOOL!

unless it has changed significantly, that backup util only backs up your MySQL data & structure to an SQL file. What you'll need to do is rebuild your XOOPS site with all the files, create an MySQL DB, and run the SQL file to insert all your data and structure into your new MySQL db. You may (most likely will if old one is lost/corrupt) need to edit you mainfile to get XOOPS to connect to the DB and a few other things.
