How to remove the "comments?" under the news?

Hi just wanted to ask how i we can remove that "comments?"link under the news? I disables all comments everywhere in XOOPS but still see the links.

You will need to make changes to modules/news/index.php file

locate
$ccount = $sarray[$i]->comments();

you need to comment out all the lines before
$story['morelink'] = $morelink;

so, morelink will not include the link related to comments

An alternative is to use News 1.2, where the comments link does not show if comments are disabled.
