How to enable composing articles for registered member

Hi,

How to enable the articles section for registered users. Curently i see that only admin can compose article from admin section, instead what i want is even registered user should be able to compose articles in the categories created by Admin.

Can any one tell me how to do that...

Which module?

In News 1.2 who can submit and approve (and view) articles to which topics is controlled in administration menu -> news -> submit/approve permissions (requires XOOPS 2.0.7 or modules/admin/groupperm.php fix)
