I have a client who wants to allow registered users to create their own page + maybe their own guestbook but GB is not a must. I just wonder what would be a good module to achieve user pages? Is there a hack to allow more HTML under the profiles?

I'd really really like to recommend they use XOOPS since I run all my sites on it, and I like XOOPS but on the other hand Mambo has a module for user pages that I think would suit their needs better. Any suggestions?
