Does anyone no of a theme with a white background and has the logo centered?

you can edit a theme for the above.

dont you have to know how to edit php? I dont know how to edit php

nope no php, you would have to edit the style.css and the theme.html in the theme you are using located in theme directory. please visit: http://www.macambridge.com/dummies/

would you suggest that I download those files and edit them in notepad and then upload them again?

you can then edit your css and theme.html from within your editor. which theme did you chose?

went to 4thefort, got distracted by alicia for a minute, had a look at the theme. looks like you don not have to do much editing here. have you tried it?
