Restore a removed forum in newbb?

I just deleted a forum with all its topics by mistake in newbb! Is there any chance to restore this forum? Plz do not make fun of me Or you could - I don't care as long as you solve my problem

The only way is to restore the database from a backup.

Yep, backup is the answer. What you should to is take your site offline, do a full backup of your database (structure and data), restore you last backup with the deleted forum, then restore the full backup you just did over the top of that.

OK, thanks, I was afraid you where going to tell me that. I will try fix it with phpMyAdmin - if I can. The problem is the poor usability and help design of phpMyAdmin, it is just to complicated for a guy like me.
