Could you be a little more specific about what you did?

If you changed content on a website and you can see those changes on some computers and on others you dont then it is usally a cache issue.

Clear the browser cache and check again.

If it persists come back with a little more detail (and possibly the url of the site in question)

As Bender explained, please be specific with what is not appearing and what information did you update.

We can not guess why you are having the problems because we don't know what you did. The more information the better.

If you did not set the cache feature, then there is no cache to clear.

I think he means your browser cache, not the site's. If some people are getting the updated site and others aren't, that's most likely what the problem will be.

How to clear the browser cache will depend on the browser, but there's usually an option somewhere in the browser settings to "Delete Temporary Internet Files" or words to that effect.

its the sections... on my site its labeled rides, the image url's i changed, and it said database updated successfully, they showed up in that section, then i went to school, and some computers had the updates some didnt display them. and they are still the same way today.

also, i made the changes to the imageson my computer here at home, it worked, then now its back to old updates again.

idk what could have caused this

I saw the image source for the Rides image as <img src='images/'>

it is supposed to be <img src='images/[name of the image here].gif'>

if the image is a gif. Please make sure you have the image name when you add the image.

i know the html is right, its not the html, you just have to add the url of the image. but the url's that are in some of the pictures; the database is down www.syndicatesites.com so i updated the pictures, and now it screwed up thats why im here trying to figure out why it didnt update and stay updated. thanks

my rides image code looks something like this
<img src="URL of image"</img>

I did not have section installed so I don't know how you add image. But you may want to try XOOPS code

""
(please note there are no "" mark, as I had to add them in order to be able to show)

also
Quote:
<img src="URL of image"</img>

should be just
Quote:
<img src="URL of image">

If that does not work, maybe some Section user can help you out.
