Left & Right Block gone!!! Please help

I have the blocks in the home page which is selected as "none" of the modules.

But as soon as I go in to a module like "News or Forum" my left and right blocks are not displayed.

You may see that at http://vmclinks.com
and click on any link in the main menu. You can go back by clicking on the logo.

Please help.

No Smarty or PHP errors!!! which is not normal I know I used to have at leased on PHP warning before when I went in to debug mode

Here is an update error update.
But that is only in none core modules

All I did before this happened was give registered users permission to access the headlines module.
I played with that but it does not fix the problem.
