Change recent topics block date format.

How do I change date format for recent topics block. And for some reason it shows the time in xx:05. xx - the hours, but minutes always remain 05.

Date format can be modified in /language/english/global.php

Don't know why '5' is stuck there. You need to check the format in the global.php or the block php and theme files.
