It would be great if the pagetitle can be cached.

Currently pagetitle (manually added by individual modules) will show up with no problem. However, once the page has been cached, header.php will revert back to the module name as the pagetitle since the pagetitle has not been cached.

Is this doable?

I have exactly the same problem.
