Registration page redirects to invalid place

after someone "registers" and clicks submit, it redirects them to /register.php rather than java/register.php

EXAMPLE:
my site is located in http://www.site.com/java ...and after submit is pressed, it redirects to http://www.site.com/register.php instead of http://www.site.com/java/register.php

where can i fix this??

Change your mainfile.php

XOOPS Virtual Path (URL)

to
define('XOOPS_URL', 'www.site.com/java');

it is defined that way. Could it be messed up because of the theme I am using, 7dana-clean (http://www.7dana.com/)??

Could be, but it seems that you are using a old version of the theme, having all javascripts on the top. New version does not have all the scripts listed on the top, they are separated into a javascript file.

Also by my count, you have 15 extra </body></html> at the end of you theme file. Did you add those?

Try to use the most recent version of the theme and see if that helps.

[edit]: change back to default theme and check if you still have the same problem.

i just got the theme from their site today...i'll check again.

i contacted the maker of the theme, and it appears to be a problem with the theme itself.

Nothing wrong with the theme Craig, just incorrectly edited theme.html.
