How will i add an administrator with different user (that can access administration menu)..

You can go to the admin menu and select the 'group' item.
There you'll see three groups: Webmaster, registred users and anonymous users.
Select registred users and you'll see the installed modules.
Check each box under ' permissions to system admin'... that you want your users to have access to
