I'm having problems with javascript in certain zones of my page (for example, the module Agenda-x), but only with themes having a theme.php file, and not a theme.html file.

I've read that could be a problem with a few lines that have to be added in the theme.html file:
<!-- RMV: added module header -->
<{$xoops_module_header}>


But how I add these lines in the theme.php? Are they needed?
