I recommend one of three options:

1. Check out free themes on variously located and previously announced on this site, to see if anything looks close to what you want (although I doubt such exists).
2. Contact one of the for profit theme developers on this site for assistance (They're pretty easy to find. I know Mithrandir does themes as does 7dana.com and imago.
3. Roll your own. Instructions on modifying templates/themes are available on the left. It's not very difficult and your layout seems pretty standard.
