I really don't want to spend half my life searching for a theme like the one below if it's not available.

Can anyone tell me if there's a theme like this:

I think you can modife the style.css of phpkaox and change the hearder picture to get a theme like that

I don't think he wants to bother to modify it himself. He wants this theme like it is already. Ricland, you will have to contact the webmaster of that site to see if he will let you use that theme and gives it to you.

A OT question , how can I setup the news module to display all the recently news like this one without the combo box? I have searched around hardly... but nothing found.
