From what I've researched, only the ADM can change the language. It would be a GREAT feature if the user could do it!!

I need a board that can be read in ENG and BRZ PORT. If I set up 2 xoops, one in http://www.xxxx.com/en/ and one http://www.xxxx/brz
and share the dB, will it function OK? Is there a better way (other than someone writing a hack to do it?)
