Any way to change the look of administration module?

Hi,

Is there any way to change the look of administration module? I want to change the logo and add some more things in the header area of the administration section. I tried looking through code..But still haven't figured out where the code for that it is written.Are the images like "logo.gif" for the administration module hard coded? Or is it retrieved from database?
Any help will be appreciated..

A Right-click on the logo will show you its location (modules/system/images/logo.gif).

But... Why would you like to change the logo of the admin section?
