can anyody please tell me how can i take oput from the main menu, inside the news part, the option of submit news...I mean that I dont want to show normal visitors this option because it is meaningless to show them an option that i dont want to give them permissions to use

We will soon have the new version out in a beta, where you can specify exactly which usergroups can submit news and hence get the main menu link.
