Change permission in Admin Menu

Is it possible to assign different group permissions to the admin menu (Admin, Registered, etc.). For example: Admin's have full access to the standard menu tool: Banners, Blocks, Groups, etc.
But for the registered group, they don't need all of these menu items, they need only the Image Manager.

Is it possible to implement?

Are you saying that you want some admins to only have access to the Image Manager?

Have you tried creating a new user group, and then giving that group System Admin rights to the Image Manager only?
