I made an upgrade to my site from v2.0.1 > 2.0.6, It went very smooth, and it was quite a seamless process.

After the upgrade was done, I could not see ANY icons on the left menu (System Admin, News,...other mods)
All what I can see after loggin as admin is:
Control Panel Home | XOOPS News |Logout | Home Page
as well as the menu image (the word menu)

I noticed that I still have access to the different menus using the URL:
System Admin: www.mysite.com/modules/system/admin.php?fct=modulesadmin
Groups: www.mysite.com/modules/system/admin.php?fct=groups
And so on.

Is this is something normal to happen after the upgrading? If not, how can I fix it?

Thanks.

From www.mysite.com/modules/system/admin.php?fct=modulesadmin have you tried updating the "system" module?

I am not entirely certain, how the menu is populated and if it could help to delete the menu from the cache folder, so someone else please put it right

Thanks for your reply Mithrandir:
I did updated the "system" module but there was no difference.

During the upgrade, I was checking to see if any thing went wrong, but every thing seems to be ok. I’m not sure what happened.
