Is there any way to force a say, 5 second delay on the login ("You are now logged in") page sequence?

I've hacked it to add some reminders on conditions of use, but on a fast connection it flashes by - only dial-up accesses get to read it as it loads.

redirect_header($url, [color=ff0000]1[/color], sprintf(_US_LOGGINGU, $user->getVar('uname')));


Change the 1 to 5.
