Upgrades to RC destoryed my site!

I upgraded the XOOPS using the upgrade information within the folder (xoops) now when I go to site it states you do not have permission and redirects. After login as admin no modules are shown, and the only access page is home. Site is rather large now and I hate to have to re-install, check it outhttp://www.ppctech.ppcnetworks.net If anyone have any ideas on repairs please reply. Thanks in advance

Make sure the rights are set correctly for members and anonymous members and also webmaster group. If that doesn't work you might want to try to update all modules.
