Hi -

I'm relatively new to PHP/Xoops, so I was wondering if anyone has any tips for debugging new modules?

For examnple, by default is seems that errors are silently supressed, leaving one wondering why nothing is being seen from one's attempt at a module. Any way to turn errors messages on?

Is there any developer documentation? I know, read the code . I am.

Any suggestions welcome.

In Administration Menu -> System Admin -> Preferences -> General Settings there is a debugging option. Set that to PHP debug and you should get php errors on the pages, if any.
