Here is what it should do:

Add 4 fields to the user info page
1) Cell phone number
2) Carrier choice (Cingular, Sprint etc.)
3) Hide Cell phone number from other users option.
4) Select field(s) for category from Agenda-X events module

Now everytime a new event is posted to the selected category in the Agenda-X events module the user should receive a full text message about the event as SMS by email using the phonenumber@carrier.com format.
