ok I am at the end of my rope here. Whenever I do an install of XOOPS the newest version and 1 rev back I am getting a bunch of modules do not exist errors right after a clean install.

The ones that I am seeing are the News module and the forum when I try to create a new cat in the forum module and click submit, I get the module does not exist error.

I have tried install using the domain name 2 ways www.domain.com and domain.com.

Is there any soultion for this? I have been dealing with this for 4 days now. I do have a 2.05 site installed just fine in my web space so i know the server that I am on supports it. Thanks in advance!

First of all, may I remind you that all the versions prior till XOOPS 2.0.5.2 has an security flaw (xoops 2.0.5.2 hasn't). So you might want to upgrade.

Well, I do not know what your problem is but I searched on your topic, the following topics might help you:

https://xoops.org/modules/newbb/viewtopic.php?topic_id=16593&forum=20

I hope this all helps. Goodluck with it.
