I have uploaded my XOOPS powered site on two different hosts and got two different results.

On first, that is host that my site need to be hosted on after i redirect DNS to it, blocks and contents are out of my template.

I really need to publish this site ASAP and I'm trying to figure out what is the problem.

Are you sure that the files and the contents are the same on both sites?

Run a phpinfo on both sites and do a compare (As you asked whether php settings could be an issue).

Turn PHP Debug on on both sites, maybe this could give us some information on what's wrong.

You might compare both with something like BeyondCompare and make sure both sites are the same. Sometimes, things go wrong when you're uploading.
