Hello, is it possible to display blocks "only" at top page?

I mean "only" because they still displays even if you click elsewhere within the same module.

Example:

in xoops.org ther are foruns blocks at top page. Even if you click at a news topic to displays all the news of that topic the foruns blocks stills display in the news topic page.

So is there is a way to make those blocks to display only at the top page (1st page of the site, the entrance only)
