Splitting an sql file?

Hi!

I´m moving my XOOPS and when I try to import the sql-file into my new server/mySql it "times out". The problem is that the file is to big (35000 rows). My question to all you helpful people is, how do I split a sql file/table into two or more files?

I just made not one sql file with phpmyadmin (like you did) but many files; every file just a few tables.
Not a nice job but it was the only way.
