Submit mylinks header?

I am trying to find out which file can be edited to instruct people how to submit their link. In the web browser it shows submit.php but i can not find the header above the form.

In the default mylinks submit page, you have 4 list items you can edit for your purpose. Edit the main.php file in the modules/mylinks/language/english/ folder.
