I've put up a XOOPS 2.0x site and need a new module that I suspect has never been written before. Following is a synopsis. Also looking for someone to develop this for $$.

The owner of this site is a journalist who writes and collects news on a weekly basis. There is also an email list that he is used to posting to. What I need is a module that will allow an admin to input or select a list or range of stories and have those stories sent to an email address automatically.

This may sound a little archaic, but it would allow me to reduce the number of steps in a publishing process by automating the email step. I'm hoping the email can be queued on the server without the need to interface with a desktop mail tool.

Any takers? Any ideas on how to get this done?
