I went to make a new block, and it added it only for the webmasters group, how can I add it for the memebrs, I know it worked before because I added a couple of blocks already.

Administration Menu >> System Admin >> Groups >> Registered Users >> Modify >> Block Access Rights

ok, here is a question...i'm having this same problem but it happens every time i add a new block. i don't understand what is going on. i have to manually go in and add it for all groups, including registered ones. so the question is: why is it doing this and how do i fix it?
