After installation of C-jay content 3 IE, I get following html code Modules Administration page and visitin some other pages:

Is there any idea?

Try uninstalling it and then reinstalling it. I use cjay content and have never seen those errors. Don't forget to chmod your editor.php and a few other php pages in the module.

Check your permissions. I just had this happen to me today. My problem was that the cjaycontent directory didn't have proper permissions. Once I fixed that, the error went away.
