WF-Sections main page being like news module?

Hi all,
I'd like wf-sections module appears like news module when you choose it as start page. Uploading files to news is very easy with wf-sections. Anyone has ever developed a hack like this? Anyone with time and knowledge to hack this great module in order to get this behaviour?
