simple problem?

Im pretty new to XOOPS and I just installed XOOPS 2.0.5,
On the forums and when I sumbit news, the message buttons dont seem to work(url,email,code), I click on them, but nothing opens, they dont seem to work on this site for me either, some other site that run XOOPS seem to work.

Has anyone had this problem?

check if you have configured to not to open other window (javascript window), and anyother window popup killer will prevent from opening the required windows for url, email,code, etc.

Thanks for the tip, it was the java script thing in explorer.

Do you know anything about templates and themes?

All my regular links work for the modules, but the one on the top of my page do not work, I noticed the ones on the top of my page do not have a / behind them and the one on the left side of my page do, is that the problem you think?

I got it, I had to edit it with frontpage and add the / to the end of the link.

Ok, the problem is back, it seems to have only fixed it for one time, is there something else I can change to allow the window to open? I dont have a pop-up blocker installed. It seems to be a problem with IE6??

I'm using IE6 and when I click on your links at the top I get the pages.

Well, I can open them one time, and after that, they will not open again enless I close out internet explorer and open the site again. This is really bugging me, I know it something simple, I just dont know what.

I just got finished clicking every link on top of your page and the sublinks under the news and downloads in your left menu many times over and over and they all work fine. Maybe it's your computer.

Its a problem with my computer, im going to try it with Opera and see what I get
